The muppets

 The muppets is about Walters (the worlds biggest muppets fan) Garys and Marys, a mismatched family living in the states, vacation to L.A. Whilst there Walter discovers an evil plan of, an oilman Tex Richman to raze the muppets old studio. In a wild atempt to save the studio they get straight to work to buy the studio back and to save it. Alot of the film is about the lead up to a telethon they plan to preform as a fundraiser, finding the old gang, cleaning the studio, and rehearsing the telethin whilst trying to fight off all the develish schemes deployed by Tex Richman.

This film is an amzing film for the younger people in our family's. It has an imaginative story line and very good puppet work. It's got some funny yet childish jokes but is still great for an older audience to enjoy with their family or to reminisce about the good old days.

When I went to see it I found the plot quite clever and enjoyed some of the comedy lines involved. However I found that some of it was quite annoying and found myself getting restless atr the constant sound of miss piggy's voice and the chickens version of forget you by celo green. On the other hand, I understand the the target audience for the movie was probably for younger people and so therefore very suitable and humourous.

So in conclusion, I thaught that the muppets is a great family film with quite a good stroy line, althought for the older members of the family it may begin to get slightly annoying and irritating and the jokes might not be to your taste. Nether the less it's a perfewct film for the whole family to sit down and watch together with no confusing story or inapropriate footage.
